When you contact me with your request, I will provide you with a quote of my fees and any special terms and conditions that may apply. Upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions I will arrange a consultation and forward you an invoice, which must be paid in full one week prior to the agreed date

I reserve the right to cancel the appointment in the event that I do not receive full payment of services.


All personal information you provide me will only be available to myself and will not be shared with other third parties.


If for any reason you are unable to make your appointment a full refund will be given to all cancellations giving 7 days notice or you can postpone your appointment giving up to 72 hrs notice but your appointment must be taken within 6 months of the original book date. Any appointment cancelled after this time period will be charged 50% of the fee.


Once a date for the consultation has been agree I will send you an invoice which must be paid upfront and in full at least one week prior to the agreed consultation date in order to secure the appointment. You can arrange payment by bank transfer, all details will be on the invoice sent.

Once a shopping budget has been set in the consultation you will need to pay half the full amount upfront at this point payment may also be by cash, bank transfer or cheque but must be paid in full before the hand over of any items in the final one to one session. Any money not used will be returned by the same method of payment.


I will check every item before I purchase it on your behalf. Once payment is received I will require a signature for any goods which you are keeping, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.



If you are not satisfied with any purchased item you must highlight this in the feedback session and I will return them on your behalf. If you require items to be exchanged for another colour or size, I will arrange depending on availability.

If you have requested a specific item to be bought and then require it to be returned, whether you will receive a full refund or a credit note from me will depend on the returns policy of the store the item was originally bought from, I will ensure that you are informed of the returns policy before purchasing the required item.
